**E-Commerce Assistant**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The eCommerce Assistant will work directly with the Director for the management and success of visual product presentation online. An attention to detail and an interest in fashion is required to ensure that product production specs are represented online, enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. This role requires intermedium / advanced knowledge of the industry, along with technical expertise. Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, delegation, results-driven mindset

**Location: Remote**
**Salary: Depending on Experience**
**Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm EST**

**Requirements**:
Excel - Medium

Intermediate knowledge of at least one SEO TOOL (SEMRUSH, AHREFs, MOZ) High/Medium

Google Shopping - Basic

Google Algorithm knowledge - Basic

2 + Years of Experience

English Level - Professional / Native

**What you will do**:

- Maintain overall page and product content on the site.
- Monitor Ecommerce website to ensure proper functionality of Links/Pages
- Listing inbound and current products in stock.
- Making sure descriptions, titles, are correct and SEO optimized.
- Bringing vendor inventory information into NetSuite and listing products on the website. (Excel)
- Run our SEO tool daily to make sure there are no broken links, missing product information or missing pictures.
- Manage our Google Shopping listings to make sure all products are listed on google shopping.
- Working on daily SEO tasks to improve, organic keywords, site health, errors, Warnings, backlinks, and authority score.

Pay: $3,268,000 - $4,905,600 per month
