**About Us**: Those Coffee People is a growing international company passionate about bringing direct trade Colombian coffee to our partners worldwide. Since 2018, we have been exporting green coffee, shipping medium and large orders to clients across the globe. As we evolve, we are shifting our focus toward a B2B e-commerce platform for both green and roasted coffee in micro and small quantities, opening our total addressable market considerably. To support this growth strategy/ transition, we are seeking a sales assistant to work alongside our co-founder and help her develop this new division.
- Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support all aspects of revenue generation activities including: Maintaining and updating key sales tools and documents, Basic website and ecommerce updates, Management of key metric reports and maintaining accurate records using google sheets and looker studio.
- Assisting operations of client orders such as management of orders through hubspot, coordination of label design for stickers with providers, assisting operations team with completion time sensitive client requirements.
- Market research for outbound sales strategy
- Assisting the co-founder and director of client acquisition with miscellaneous sales tasks.
- Communicating effectively in English (B2 level or better) to ensure smooth operations and clear understanding of tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English (B2 level or better).
- Competitive spirit and desire to grow with the company
- Familiarity with or ability to independently become familiar with: hubspot, mailchimp, canva, google sheets, chat GPT, and instagram.
- Obsessive organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, or experience working in an American style work environment is a plus.
