Join our SupportYourApp team as a Customer Success Consultant to harness the power of machine learning, image recognition, and business intelligence to produce breathtaking photos and videos.

**What you will do**:

- Assisting with the cooperation between customers and independent photographers;
- Matching customer's requests with available photographers;
- Providing customer support to photographers related to scheduling/hosting photo sessions, timely upload and editing of the photos;
- Providing customer support for customers related to their communications with the photographers assigned to them, answering general questions, assisting with navigating the platform;
- Escalating complex tickets to internal-team;

**Requirements**:

- Tech background;
- Experience with CRMs, Internal Platforms, and widespread SaaS tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot, MessageBird, and Aircall;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Efficiency and Resilience.

**Will be a great plus**:

- Photography and Photo Editing experience.
