**About the role**:
We're currently searching for a passionate and results-driven Ambassador and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Booty Parlor. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with key social influencers and brand ambassadors. By leveraging these relationships, you will create and manage influencer campaigns to drive brand visibility, increase brand reach, and foster a strong and authentic brand community.
Your role will involve identifying and selecting suitable influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience. You will collaborate with them to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with their followers and promotes our brand in a compelling way. This will include managing campaign logistics, such as content creation, product placements, and tracking deliverables. An important aspect of your role will be to monitor campaign performance through analytics and measurement tools, as you will analyze the data to gain insights into the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with social influencers and brand ambassadors, building a network of trusted and authentic brand advocates.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement across various platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create compelling and authentic content that aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
- Manage campaign logistics, including contract negotiations, content creation, product placements, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to measure the success of influencer marketing initiatives and optimize strategies as needed.
- Foster a strong and authentic brand community by actively engaging with influencers, ambassadors, and followers, building a sense of community and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in influencer and ambassador marketing, with a track record of successfully establishing and managing relationships with social influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as the ability to identify and select influencers and ambassadors who align with brand values and target audience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and report on results.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies and engagement initiatives.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving campaign objectives, tracking progress, and adapting strategies to ensure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
