Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Green Energy Program
Specialist to join our team. This fully remote position is crucial for the
successful administration and monitoring of state incentive program
management skills, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and
efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Management: Submit and monitor all state incentive
- Program Updates: Stay up to date with the latest changes and
updates to incentive programs, participating in relevant webinars and
training sessions.
- Data Organization: Organize and manage all data entry related to
- Form Completion: Accurately fill out and submit all required forms for
- Communication Monitoring: Closely monitor all program portals and
updates.
- High Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of
organization and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the
role.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in program coordination or a related field,
preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and form
completion.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work
independently.Proficient in using various online portals and communication tools.
- Ability to stay informed about program changes and effectively
communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours:

- Available Monday through Friday, with on-call availability on Saturdays.
- Must be available to work until 8 PM on weekdays.
This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere
while ensuring that all responsibilities and deadlines are met.
