**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, create detailed project plans, and ensure timely execution while managing risks and issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, content, development, and data analytics to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects. Foster clear communication channels and establish strong working relationships to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and generate insightful reports to provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Continuously assess the success of marketing projects against KPIs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, both human and financial, to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

Budget Management: Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while delivering high-quality results.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing project management, preferably within the digital marketing or online services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
