**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video ad concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with clients' brand identities.
- Execute video production from start to finish, including filming, editing, and adding effects or animations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of video ad content.
- Optimize video ads for different digital platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and performance metrics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience 3 year minimum in video production, with a focus on creating compelling video ads.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- English speaking is a must B2, C1 or C2 is required.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen understanding of visual narrative techniques.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
