As an **Accounting Admin Assistant,** you will support the administrative tasks related to our client's billing and accounting processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Process invoices with appropriate account codes and classifications.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for invoices, certificates of insurance, and other financial documents.
- Learn how to work with Expedoc (AP AI processor) to investigate and process invoices tagged by Expedoc with discrepancies.
- Assist in updating and maintaining vendor records.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries and discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and/or clients regarding financial matters.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finances, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum** 2 years of experience** in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an accounting or finance setting. Having experience in logistics is a plus.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite contract + benefits.
- **Location**: Only from **Medellín**. This position will be **on-site **at** WeWork Santa Fe (El Poblado)**.
- **Salary**: 4.000.000 COP
