**Cybersecurity Analyst - In-Office Position (NOT Remote)**

OMNICOMMANDER is the industry leader for digital branches, marketing, and cybersecurity along with providing a comprehensive suite of digital solutions for financial institutions (FIs). For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our **Bogotá, Colombia office**.

**Responsibilities**- Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations- Execute vulnerability scans to detect and assess security weaknesses across client systems, followed by detailed reporting and remediation strategies- Lead penetration testing initiatives to simulate real-world attacks, uncovering weaknesses and strengthening clients' security postures- Manage and implement phishing simulation campaigns to educate clients’ employees on cybersecurity awareness and identify areas for improvement- Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity training programs, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining security- Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify vulnerabilities in their information systems. Collaborate with teams to develop governance policies and risk management frameworks that meet industry standards- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations based on audit results and assessments- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate complex cybersecurity challenges and enhance their overall security posture- Stay informed on cybersecurity threats and compliance, offering proactive advice to mitigate risks. Analyze threat intelligence to identify potential issues and monitor security systems for real-time incident response- Lead security breach responses, collaborate with IT to integrate security in system design and DevSecOps, and establish cybersecurity policies while implementing data protection strategies

**Qualifications**- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or IT security consulting roles.- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, CRISC, CISA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are highly desirable- Experience working within the KaseyaOne platform is a plus- Experience working with financial institutions is a plus

**Job Requirements**- Must have regular and predictable attendance- Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss complex concepts with non-technical audiences- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
