As Shared Service Center Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Global Head of Record to Report Accounting to ensure the smooth running of all AR and Record to Report processes.- You will be responsible for AR posting services activities; Period end closing activities; Journal Processing activities; Fixed asset lifecycle.-
- Creating and coordinating an inspiring business environment and motivating members of financial teams through open communication.- Cooperating with the manager or director creating clear goals and monitoring the work and operations of financial teams and reports on them.- Delegating tasks and sets deadlines, coordinating the processes of financial operations of individual regions.- Taking care of the needs of education, developing a plan of internal and external training of financial staff.- Cooperating with the manager/director seeking high efficiency and planning further advancement of employees.- Contact person for process questions from team and other departments.- Overal responsibility for Operational KPIs.- Managing internal and external auditors and SOX controls.- Review and approve all manuals, procedures.- Participation in projects.- Coordination of month end closing activities and communication to involved parties.- Leading meetings with local team, HQ in respect to operational tasks/issues.
