**Your Mission**
You will oversee a team of talented developers with a variety of knowledge in different programming languages. As part of your duties you will collaborate, guide and identify technical issues of the team members to implement the improvements, motivate them to continue giving their best and managing the relation with different clients, making sure they receive a great experience.
**Who are we looking for?**
Talented developers, passionate about web development; organized and with excellent time management skills. We're looking for creative people, who think out side the box and strive to learn new things and share knowledge with their team mates; in one sentence, people who lead by example.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience.
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Team management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Nodejs and.Net
- Familiarity with database technology such MSSQL.
- Experience working in with USA companies.
