Nuestros Agentes de Hospitalidad son el primer punto de contacto para Otium. Este es uno de los roles más versátiles en la empresa y es perfecto para cualquier persona que le guste estar en movimiento y encuentre satisfacción en servir a nuestros huéspedes. En Otium, realizarás las siguientes actividades:

- Actualizar nuestras bases de datos internas
- Crear tareas de solicitud de mantenimiento basadas en comentarios públicos y privados
- Crear tareas de solicitud de huéspedes basadas en la comunicación con el huésped
- Gestionar y actualizar el rastreador de reseñas de propiedades de Otium
- Gestionar la bandeja de entrada de correo electrónico y asignar correos electrónicos que necesiten ser revisados o respondidos
- Ofrecer a los huéspedes extender su estadía para llenar los espacios en el calendario
- Ayudar al equipo de contabilidad a registrar los gastos de la empresa
- Ayudar a nuestro equipo de marketing con la gestión de redes sociales
