**Serás responsable por**:

- Responsable del contacto para identificar empresas con el perfil de campaña y enfoque del acercamiento definido en la estrategia, así como las personas que son el enfoque del acercamiento, nutriendo y calificando a los tomadores de decisiones e influencers de las empresas abordadas para programar reuniones de calificación de oportunidades. Qué se organiza a partir de:

- Utilizar herramientas de minería de datos para identificar y contactar clientes potenciales. Algunas opciones son bases de datos de clientes o seguimiento de empresas y profesionales en redes sociales o plataformas online;
- Contactar a clientes potenciales con el objetivo de promover ventas por teléfono o programar reuniones para presentar la empresa, así como sus productos o servicios;
- Utilizar el marketing de contenidos, através de publicaciones en blogs o eBooks, por ejemplo, para atraer clientes potenciales y establecer una relación con ellos;
- Brindar apoyo a los prospectos durante el proceso de venta.
- Hacer seguimiento de los clientes para presentar la empresa y programar reuniones, presentar ofertas, manejar objeciones en la parte superior del embudo y presentar la empresa. Gestionar los cronogramas de los equipos comerciales, alimentar y actualizar los sistemas CRM, así como los controles necesarios.
- El Representante de Desarrollo Comercial también podrá realizar presentaciones de productos o servicios a clientes potenciales. Estas presentaciones permiten al BDR mostrar a los clientes cómo el producto o servicio de la empresa puede satisfacer sus necesidades.
- Realiza un seguimiento de los clientes potenciales para el equipo de ventas.
- Realiza algunas acciones junto con el equipo comercial:

- Programa reuniones con el equipo de ventas para presentar clientes potenciales y discutir los próximos passos;
- Ajusta la presentación de ventas de acuerdo con las necesidades e intereses del cliente potencial o discutir la estratégia de enfoque más adecuada.
- El BDR también puede colaborar con el equipo de marketing para crear estrategias de marketing efectivas. Puede proporcionar información valiosa sobre el comportamiento del consumidor, las tendencias del mercado y las necesidades de los clientes para ayudar al equipo de marketing a desarrollar una estrategia de marketing más eficaz.

**Lo que requiere esta oportunidad**:

- Buscamos profesionales con título en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- 2 años de esperiencia en el area
Con perfil proactivo, excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, flexibilidad, planificación, organización y buenas relaciones interpersonales.

**Será un plus si además tienes**:

- Nível de ingles Nível Intermedio 61-85% (B1-B2) / Ingles avanzados
