**About the role**:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, developing and customizing solutions that leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. This role demands a blend of technical prowess in both front-end and back-end development, deep understanding of ServiceNow’s ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules, and the ability to craft solutions that meet complex business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Develop both client-side and server-side scripts to enhance functionality and create seamless integrations.
- Ensure solutions are developed with high standards of security, data protection, and compliance.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
- Proven experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CSDM, HRSD)
- Solid experience of JavaScript, Glide Script and AngularJS/HTML/CSS.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management ServiceNow modules is highly regarded.

**Education Requirements/Qualification**:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - optional
- Any other ServiceNow Certification or Micro-Certification - optional

**Languages**

Good English level s a must (B2 or higher) not certification required.
