Leads Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Resource Management in the LBU or LPG. To drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery and lead-time to be accountable for inventory inc. sales in excess of invoicing and supply plan adherence responsible for reporting resource utilization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Owner of the site supply planning process. Provides visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the hub PGS&OP process. Provides feedback into S&OP process of site's ability to support the demand plan.
- Owns the inventory or NWC check book for the local unit. Establishes and maintains an inventory management processes including raw materials, WIP, finished goods and sales in excess of invoicing (project units) in line with group/ division/business unit instructions. Is accountable for inventory within the site, and driving inventory optimization projects within the site.
- Run a short-term planning process, connecting planning with execution. Coordinate an appropriate response to unplanned events. Support the profitable execution of customer's orders, in coordination with project management, engineering, manufacturing and procurement.
- Leads/contributes to cross-functional Initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory coma, resources utilization, and forecast accuracy. Uses lean 6 sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborate with other units in the end-to-end supply chain.
- Provides local leadership for the development of best practices in planning systems and integrated ERPs.
- Leads local planning function and ensure (with HR manager support) That local planning teams are properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR polices, for the benefit of the company and the employee.

Your background
- Education: Production or industrial engineering
- Desirable postgraduate degree in business management, production
- Languages: Advanced English
- Expertise (Years) 5 - 10 years in the industry, 1- 5 in similar positions
- Leadership (interdisciplinary, has contact with all areas)
- Strategic vision of the business
- Good communication
- Negotiation
- SAP (planning of production)
- Microsoft Project
