**Job description**:

- Ensuring the satisfaction of your portfolio of clients is achieved.
- Creating and validating new projects (verifying and validating the correct configuration of supplier and client profiles, validating legal documents, receiving and processing Purchase Orders)
- Maintaining close monitoring on renewing projects following the reception of Purchase Order
- Ensuring Suppliers and Clients validate timesheets and fixing potential issues.
- Maintaining a strong alignment with the Account Manager
- Ensuring a perfect billing flow with a strong collaboration with finance team
- Promoting continuous improvement in sales administration processes through valuable feedback
- Fulfilling any other support that is needed to meet business needs.

**Profile Requirement**:

- You're enthusiastic about your work & have great interpersonal skills alongwith positive attitude.
- You enjoy solving problems & pay keen attention towards details.
- You have excellent oral & written communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
- You possess minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support or any related Service field (preferably for digital products)
- You hold degree or more in Communication, Management, IT, Business or similar fields
- Ability to tackle complexity and pay attention to details with an analytical mind
- You enjoy working both independently as well as part of team.
