Job Opportunity: Paralegal Specialist (Remote - Colombia)
Key Responsibilities:
- Licensure Research & Management: Conduct research to identify requirements for obtaining and maintaining Federal and State licenses, including trademarks.
- Documentation & Coordination: Complete necessary paperwork and coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure timely approvals.
- Annual Renewals: Oversee the end-to-end process of annual renewals and ensure timely submissions.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure compliance deadlines are met across all jurisdictions, maintaining organized records.
- Project Management: Use tools like ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and project progress efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative and research-related tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address compliance risks or obstacles before they arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the legal sector, specifically focused on United States regulations (as a paralegal, attorney, or in a compliance-related administrative role).
- Strong research skills and familiarity with legal and regulatory documents related to U.S. federal and state law.
- Experience working with compliance requirements for state registration and licenses in the U.S. is a plus.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
