Contract Management Professional

We are looking for a Contract Leader to help us shape the future.
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia, you will be responsible for manage and coordinate the commercial contracts generated, respecting the economic, financial, compliance and operational results, ensuring the deliverables to the clients, following the strategic objectives in close coordination with the teams of the Country and Regional Business Units.
- Main responsibilities
- Carry out the activities of preparation and control of contracts and requests for supplies of materials and services.
- Manage and control contracts with clients from different segments, analyzing proposals received by Sales and / or Commercial Executives.
- Carry out economic analysis of the sales proposals, considering all the decision variables, including financial ones, delivery times, technical specifications.
- Prepare offers for the different segments in which the company operates, both from a commercial and technical point of view.
- Provide customer service clarifying doubts about the sales proposal.
- Manage the records of related companies within the defined means (quotes, pipeline, customer orders, IC orders, transit, etc.)
- Carry out post-sale follow-up, developing a negotiation strategy to meet the established deadlines, negotiating priorities with customers and internal interfaces
- Preparation and monitoring of KPIs and reports
- Who are we looking for?
- You hold a degree in Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in related positions or bidding management.

- Statistical Analysis.
- Knowledge of tax legislation and legal contracts.
- Continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and capability to manage changes during the work.
