Nuestra misión es simplificar el acceso a servicios financieros esenciales, como la aceptación de pagos con tarjeta, para que nuestros clientes puedan enfocarse en lo que más importa: hacer crecer sus negocios.

Por medio de nuestros productos, nuestros clientes pueden recibir pagos electrónicos de manera presencial a través de un datáfono móvil y también de forma remota a través de links de pago, adicionalmente nos estamos preparando para operar como entidad financiera con nuevos productos orientados a banca digital como cuentas de depósito y créditos.

Estamos buscando un Líder de Frontend apasionado por la tecnología y con un fuerte espíritu emprendedor para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico y en rápido crecimiento. Como Líder de Frontend, serás responsable de liderar y guiar a un equipo de talentosos desarrolladores frontend en la creación y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web escalables y de alto rendimiento que impulsen el crecimiento de Bold.co.

**Deberás**
- Liderar la implementación de una arquitectura web robusta y escalable que respalde el crecimiento de Bold.co. Esto incluye:
- Diseñar y elegir la tecnología adecuada para el frontend, teniendo en cuenta factores como el rendimiento, la escalabilidad y la facilidad de mantenimiento.
- Implementar patrones de diseño y principios de arquitectura sólidos para garantizar la estabilidad y la capacidad de expansión de la aplicación web.
- Supervisar el rendimiento de la aplicación web y realizar las optimizaciones necesarias para mantener una experiência de usuario fluida y receptiva.
- Fundamentar el desarrollo frontend en principios sólidos de ingeniería web. Esto incluye:

- Implementar prácticas de desarrollo web seguras y confiables para proteger los datos de los usuarios y la infraestructura de Bold.
- Escribir código limpio, modular y reutilizable que siga las mejores prácticas de la industria.
- Utilizar herramientas y metodologías de desarrollo modernas para garantizar la eficiencia y la calidad del código.
- Liderar y motivar a un equipo de desarrolladores front de alto rendimiento.
- Definir la estrategia y la visión técnica para el desarrollo frontend.
- Colaborar estrechamente con diseñadores, backends y otros equipos para entregar productos de alta calidad.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tecnologías y tendencias de frontend.
- Guiar y capacitar a otros desarrolladores de front.
- Garantizar la calidad del código y la adherencia a los estándares de codificación.
- Resolver problemas complejos de manera creativa y eficiente.

- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência como desarrollador frontend.
- Sólida experiência en React, Next.js y Stencyl/Web Components.
- Experiência con AWS, particularmente con CloudFront y Amplify.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
- Capacidad para autogestionarse y trabajar de forma independiente.
- Fuerte comprensión de patrones de diseño, arquitectura y principios de desarrollo web.
- Experiência con herramientas de testing y Storybook.
- Conocimiento de gestión de vulnerabilidades y dependencias en proyectos frontend.
- Pasión por la creación de experiências web excepcionales y una mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo.
- Sólida comprensión de los principios de arquitectura web y experiência en la implementación de arquitecturas web escalables y de alto rendimiento.
- Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas de ingeniería web y experiência en la aplicación de estas prácticas en proyectos de desarrollo frontend.
- Experiência con herramientas y metodologías de desarrollo modernas, como Git, CI/CD y metodologías ágiles.
