We are looking for a remote **Chief - Technical Salesforce **to lead our technical team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will ensure that our Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and platform best practices. You will also guide and lead the technical team in implementing Salesforce solutions, including the development of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the configuration of objects and workflows. A crucial part of this role is collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices
- Supervise and lead the technical team in the implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including code review, troubleshooting, and professional development
- Participate in the planning and estimation of Salesforce projects, ensuring effective management of scope, time, and resources
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and resolution of Salesforce-related issues
- Stay updated on the latest updates and trends in the Salesforce platform and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Object and Fields Architecture, Salesforce platform, and related technologies
- Experience in leading technical teams and supervising Salesforce implementations
- Experience in planning and estimating Salesforce projects, managing scope, time, and resources effectively
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Upper Intermediate English level proficiency
