En L'Oréal, estamos buscando un/a **Education Transformation Manager **dinámico/a y orientado/a a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo en Centroamérica y Región Andina (CERAN) como miembro del comité de dirección de la División. En este puesto, serás responsable de **liderar y transformar la educación para nuestras marcas en toda la región**.

**Responsabilidades Claves**:

- ** Liderazgo Inspirador**:Liderar, inspirar y desarrollar al equipo de educación de Centroamérica y Región Andina, fomentando un ambiente de colaboración y alto rendimiento.
- ** Estrategia Educativa Omnicanal**:Diseñar e implementar una estrategia educativa omnicanal innovadora y efectiva, abarcando todos los puntos de contacto relevantes para los diferentes canales. Esto implica los centros técnicos que tenemos, la educación en salones, la formación en los canales selectivos y la digitalización de la educación en nuestras plataformas.
- ** Alineación Estratégica**:Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Marketing, Comercial y O+O para garantizar la coherencia de la estrategia de marca en el pilar de educación, maximizar el impacto en el negocio y desarrollar planes de monetización. Así mismo, este rol buscará elevar el relacionamiento con nuestros estilistas y dueños de salón.
- ** Gestión y análisis de indicadores claves del negocio**:para analizar datos, identificar tendencias y tomar decisiones.

**Requisitos del Candidato Ideal**:

- ** Experiência**: Jefe o Gerente de Marketing/Comercial/Educación o similar, idealmente en belleza profesional.
- ** Idiomas**:Inglés Avanzado.
- ** Enfoque**:Mentalidad centrada en el cliente y pasión por la educación.
- ** Estrategia**:Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para traducir objetivos en acciones.
- ** Digital**:Dominio de herramientas digitales y plataformas de aprendizaje online.
- ** Adaptabilidad**:Experiência adaptando materiales educativos a mercados locales.
- ** Pasión**:Entusiasmo por la educación y el desarrollo de estilistas.
