Responsible for coordinating through the service providers (Brokers and freight forwarders) the flow of goods between countries with focus in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Ensuring that all parties involved in a transaction are kept informed about its status, and they work to resolve any issues that may arise during transit up to delivery.
- Responsibilities:

- Assumes responsibility for coordinator the process involving primary transportation that includes imports and exports.
- Coordinating with brokers and freight forwarders to ensure that the goods are released on time and following the customs and compliance rules.
- Control expenses related to the process ensuring that it is in line with the budget.
- Explore opportunities for collaborative projects and improvements.
- Keep and update the knowledge on all transportation process and execute require in transportation. strategies to ensure working according to the customs and supplier requirement.
- Communicating with plants and affiliates to arrange the shipping details such as pickup times, shipping method, delivery date, and any special requirements.
- Coordinating with a company’s accounting department to ensure that payments are made to suppliers within specified time frames.
- Prepare and discuss the indicators (KPI´s) according to suppliers SLAs.
- Knowdegle and Skills
- Strong Knowledge and experience in transportation, import & export process, preference in healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English skills
