Acerca del rol:
Apoyar en la gestión documental, correspondencia, manejo de proveedores, gestión de cartera y control de los KPIs de MCCA; así como en el seguimiento a las PQR y respuestas a órganos, entes de control o terceros.

Funciones del cargo:
Soportar la creación de nuevos proveedores, requerimiento de contratos y órdenes de compra en la plataforma The Source.
- Recibir las facturas de los proveedores y asegurar que cumplan los requerimientos para su aprobación antes de realizar su envío al Outsourcing contable.
- Soportar en la validación de las facturas emitidas por el outsourcing contable.
- Realizar seguimiento al pago de las facturas a proveedores con el Outsorcing contable y el equipo del GBSC.
- Realizar el control a los saldos de cartera de la entidad.
- Actualizar archivo de reconciliación de pagos, saldos pendientes y vencimientos de la cartera.

Realizar los procedimientos de carga de transacciones, descarga de estados de cuenta y extracto de las cuentas CUD y administrativas de la compañía.
- Crear las instrucciones de liquidación en la plataforma SEBRA del Banco de la Republica, una vez se asegure que los participantes consignen sus posiciones.
- Descargar extractos de las cuentas bancarias en el Banco de la República con las periodicidades requeridas.
- Generar los reportes (Decreto 2230 - Decreto 2555 - Informe 466) para los entes de control.
- Profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.

- Manejo Office (Excel - Word)
- Análisis de bases de datos.
- Power BI
- Habilidades en presentaciones.
- Manejo del idioma inglés (Técnico).
