**Full Job Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior FP&A Manager. This person will help prime our companies for rapid growth and success. This role is responsible for optimize the company´s capital structure, cash flow, forecasting, and contingent liabilities, and managing financial modeling. Also, coordinate with internal staff to ensure accurate and implementable operating budgets and financial forecasts for decision-making.

They will provide accurate and timely financial presentations, business analysis, industry comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by senior management. The FP&A Senior Specialist will work closely with the Head of Finance and other department managers regarding efficiency, analysis, quality goals, and market and product trends. This position will use data and analysis to generate a deep understanding of business performance.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Be Responsible for managing monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting process & calendar. Own the end-to-end consolidation process.
- Responsible for driving financial and KPI reporting for the Board and executive team, including financial narrative development, in-depth understanding of business drivers, and establishing best-in-class data packages for external and internal stakeholders.
- Be accountable and responsible for improving our company-wide forecasting model including consolidation and scenario planning for balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
- Be Responsible for developing solid cross-functional business partnerships, leading special projects, improving processes, and modeling.
- Support finance leadership on strategic projects and partner with transformation teams on key initiatives including developing the future vision for corporate FP&A, project identification, scoping, and resource planning.
- Partner closely with the rest of the finance team.
- Set up a cash pooling structure and netting process. Manage the internal funding process and reporting of cash pools.
- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and contingent liabilities. Analyze capital allocations.
- Assist with building analytical models to evaluate financing, return of capital, liquidity planning, credit ratings, and contingency planning for review with senior leadership.
- Optimize cost, expenses and capex, and improve incomes.
- Minimize financial Risks and risk management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Professional in accounting or finance or related areas with a master's degree or specialization in finance or related areas.
- Previous experience in the telecom industry
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Advanced English level (C1 or Native).
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Excel and Power BI knowledge
- Knowledge in ERP (SAP, QB, or other accounting software).
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Be an Analytical person
