About the Role

FP&A Analyst role is mainly responsible for managing, forecasting, controlling, and reporting the Trade Spend (TS) expenses of the business and is a key contact to our commercial team. In this role you will have the opportunity to understand the commercial activities of the business in Colombia and the relating financial reporting aspects of it. You will have the responsibility to improve the processes and provide better visibility to the business on how they are investing the resources and find ways to measure the return on these investments.

Top Accountabilities- Full ownership of Trade Spend and top line forecasting and tracking of its execution.- Month-end TS accruals by tracking, reporting, and reconciling the numbers.- Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes for both P&L and BS TS related accounts.- Be a key contact to Commercial and Commercial Finance teams in Colombia.- Ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered with our policies- Perform FP&A process including but not limited to: report preparation and analysis, forecasting accuracy analysis, maintenance of the financial reporting structure and system reconciliations- Identify Risks and Opportunities within the forecast and influence the decision making

About You- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business- 1-4 years experience in Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis/Commercial Finance roles- Basic accounting knowledge- Strong Excel knowledge- Knowledge on reporting tools (Power Bi, Microstrategy or similar)
