Join our fast-growing company and be part of our talented inbound sales team We are seeking driven, money-motivated individuals to sell our innovative dental products to customers over the phone. No outbound dialing or cold calling is involved, as interested customers will be calling in ready to purchase our high-demand products.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert incoming customer calls into sales by delivering persuasive product pitches

Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and special promotions

Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue potential

Process customer orders and transactions over the phone

Provide product usage guidance to ensure customer satisfaction

Accurately log customer details and order information

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and metrics

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an asset

Prior sales experience is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM navigation

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commissioned sales environment

Hunger to achieve outstanding sales results

Compensation Package:
Competitive base salary from 2.000.000 to 3.000.000 pesos per month based on sales experience

Lucrative commission structure - earn over and above your base pay

Opportunity for top performers to make over 100% of base salary in commissions

Regular schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturdays 10AM to 2PM

Pay: $200,000,000 - $300,000,000 per month
