Trainer

**VIP Medical Group, **one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for a **Trainer** to join our team

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide training and instruction to customer service representatives to ensure successful performance of job duties
- Provide feedback to managers on the performance of staff members
- Train new employees or retrain experienced staff members
- Obtain or participate in continuing education to enhance technical knowledge
- Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees.
- Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
- Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- C1 English level proficiency
- Proficiency in different training platforms
- Ability to improve and structure existing training materials
- 2+ years of experience training teams of 15+ people in a customer service environment
- Punctuality, organization, initiative, time management, and attention to detail

**Salary**: $4,000,000 per month
