**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares daily reports and performs research of open/unbalanced items in the Duty Sub Ledger
- Pre-matches the correct accounting transactions to the correct accounts
- Follow up on open/unbalanced items with all responsible parties
- Prepares daily reconciliations and analyzes source documents.
- Maintains his/her process up to date

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Accounting background - Preferred
- Medium English level
