PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO

Ingresar las órdenes de compra que lleguen de clientes y vendedores que soportan. Realizar seguimiento a entregas e inventarios, atención y respuestas a los clientes dentro de los acuerdos de servicio. Trabajar bajo los lineamientos establecidos para la región y participar activamente en la búsqueda de mejora de procesos en conjunto con la Coordinación.

FUNCIONES

1. Ingresar las órdenes de compra recibidas en los tiempos definidos dentro del acuerdo de servicio.

2. Realizar todo el proceso establecido durante el ingreso de la orden: revisión de Inventarios, lead-times, aprobaciones, entre otros.

3. Soportar al país y vendedores a cargo en todas las solicitudes que tienen con áreas funcionales y procesos post-venta.

4. Hacer seguimiento a las órdenes colocadas hasta la entrega de las mismas. Comunicar al cliente del estado de las órdenes y las fechas de entrega o novedades.

Formación Académica Básica: Estudiantes de octavo semestre en adelante, carrera profesional.

Años de Experiência en el Cargo: 3 años de experiência en Customer Service/atendimiento a clientes.
