The Project Manager is expected to lead with foresight and strategic acumen, acting not just as a facilitator but as a pivotal consultant and advisor within project teams. This role demands a proactive approach to management, where the PM not only oversees project execution but ensures the project aligns with business strategy and actively contributes to strategic planning, decision-making, risk identification, and problem-solving. The PM is responsible for ensuring that projects align with client expectations while advocating for effective solutions and innovations. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams including developers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers to ensure the project's successful completion.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, Agile, Product Owner, or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in a software development environment.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking to foresee potential risks and devise contingency plans.
- Minimum English Qualifications: C1
- Remote in LATAM

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, and maintain a project roadmap that aligns with their product vision, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Drive the strategic direction of projects by integrating broader business goals with the product's objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on adopting new methodologies or technologies that benefit the project.
- Challenge requests that may not align with best practices or project goals and propose optimized solutions.
- Actively involve yourself in discussions regarding features, user experience, and product strategy.
- Efficiently manage resource allocation across projects to maximize productivity without compromising quality.
- Identify potential risks to project timelines and deliverables and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues before they escalate by initiating corrective measures and consulting with relevant internal or external stakeholders..
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications, maintaining regular and detailed updates with project stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations.
- Facilitate deep-dive discussions on project challenges, opportunities, and strategic implications.
- **Achieve Cross-Functional Synergy and Enhanced Project Communication for Client Satisfaction**
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of any conflicts.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA testers to ensure seamless integration of project components.
- Clearly articulate project challenges, technical barriers, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enhancing understanding and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Closely monitor project activities to ensure compliance with external standards and internal best practices.
- Maintain _proactive engagement_ with clients to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
- Act as a consultant, suggesting enhancements and alternative solutions based on a deep understanding of the project's technical and business contexts.
- **Active Integration & Collaboration in Nicasource Activities**
- Attend mandatory company meetings, such as huddles or other gatherings organized by HR, to reinforce team cohesion and alignment with company values.
- Participate in meetings scheduled by your Team Leader to ensure effective team communication and project alignment.
- Contribute to the monthly achievements survey, an initiative designed to capture and celebrate the successes and contributions of team members. This activity supports our CEO's vision of recognizing and sharing the impactful work done by our team.
- Uphold Nicasource's reputation by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Act as an ambassador for Nicasource when interacting with clients or stakeholders.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to Nicasource's policies and guidelines.
- Ensure accurate reporting by submitting weekly timesheets with concise yet insightful descriptions that enhance client transparency.

- Conduct regular self-assessments to identify areas for professional development and growth.
- Establish clear, measurable professional development goals and create a timeline for achieving these goals through training and learning opportunities.
