**Import & Export PACA**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support, coordinate and follow up on import and export orders in time, to and from Colombia for Crop protection, Row Crops with including direct customer service from the USA to the Andean region and Central America.
- Ensure that all the flow of processes and operations comply with the documentary and legal requirements for covering each import and export, and that the documents are available to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the service and operationof customs broker, Freight Forwarders and transport according to the internal control processes of FCPA, CCP's and government compliance, to ensure efficient operation.
- Support the areas in charge of project execution by providing information from the Foreign Trade area that impacts import or export processes from or to Colombia.
- Work with transactions in SAP PBC to support Impo Operations, monitor and deliver to accounts payable and other areas the documentation required for the payment process to suppliers Import Operations Crop protection Row Crops Specials Shipments Receipt purchase order or requirements.
- Make sure origin location generate the Sales Order or confirm the reception of the Purchase Order.
- Issue the IP for all Maize Seeds (ICA - SISPAD Platform) Secure Register of Importation procedures / Import records. Joining the meetings with local stuff to coordinate requirements versus Forecast.
- Follow up the schedule to import the product on time. Coordinate the import process.
- Follow-up to customs processes (Inspections, requirements, ), coordinate customs tax payments (when applicable). Request and approve DIM and expense account.
- Confirm receipt of merchandise / conditions entry (SAP PBC). Confirm the invoices of suppliers in YOUR-DOCS. Alignment with financial and treasury team process of payments.
- Fill up the report to tracking the operations. Export Operations Indent & InterCo Review of lead times and inventory vs FCST. Assure and Coordinate export process.
- (Booking, Shipping, departcure, arrival). ATP maintenance in SAP PBC for all Sales Orders (Indents & InterCO). Support to Customer Services for invoicing process to Indents process (mainly Breakdown information).
- Generate the invoices in SAP PBC for InterCo process.
- Managing the México Country Exports (Higher volume) Ensure the correct process with the customs agency. Follow-up the correct information in the legalentity (VUCE, ICA, antinarcotics, DIAN).
- Request and approve DEX and expense account. Confirm departures and arrivals for all orders. Confirm the invoices of suppliers.
- Alignment with financial and treasury team process of payments. Fill up the report to tracking the operations.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics,Business Port management technologist.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Import and Export areas
- Intermediate/ Advanced English Speaker.
- Knowledge in SAP
- Experienced team worker
