Panagora Group is a small U.S. business that provides Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning technical and advisory services for USAID/Colombia and its Activities. The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Short-Term Activity (MELSA) provides the Mission with technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and allow USAID/Colombia to comply with USAID’s Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201.

Panagora is seeking a Monitoring Analyst to support the Monitoring Component in the process of collecting and reporting progress data on performance indicators required in the USAID/Colombia Performance Plan and Report (PPR) FY2024.

The following are key responsibilities and requirements for the position.

**Responsabilities**:

- Support the Monitoring Component in collecting and reporting performance indicator progress data through the completion of Data Collection Templates (DCTs). Activities include:

- Cleaning and analysis of the MONITOR Information System’s performance indicator database.
- Review the USAID/Colombia Activities Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Evaluation Plans (AMELPs).
- Verification of data reported in previous years in the DCTs.
- Gathering and delivery of organized information in the DCTs for FY 2024 reporting
- Ensure the quality of the products delivered by MELSA.
- Support in the monitoring, reporting and analysis of Mission performance indicators.

Panagora busca un Analista de Monitoreo para apoyar al Componente de Monitoreo en la recolección y reporte de datos de progreso de indicadores de desempeño requeridos en el Performance Plan and Report (PPR) de USAID/Colombia correspondiente al año fiscal 2024.

A continuación, se enumeran las principales responsabilidades y requisitos del puesto.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar al Componente de Monitoreo en el proceso de recolección y reporte de datos de progreso de indicadores de desempeño a través del diligenciamiento de los Data Collection Templates (DCTs). Las actividades incluyen:

- Limpieza y análisis de la base de datos de indicadores de desempeño dentro del Sistema de Información MONITOR.
- Revisión de los Planes de Monitoreo, Evaluación de Aprendizaje de las Actividades de USAID/Colombia (AMELP, por sus siglas en inglés).
- Verificación de los datos reportados en años anteriores en los DCTs.
- Consolidación de la información y entrega de información organizada en los DCTs para el reporte FY 2024.
- Garantizar la calidad de los productos entregados por MELSA.
- Apoyar en el monitoreo, reporte y análisis de indicadores de desempeño de la Misión.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of work experience in project design, management, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation.
- Three (3) years of specific experience in monitoring processes, data collection and analysis, and collection and reporting of progress data for indicators required in the USAID/Colombia Performance Plan And Report (PPR).
- Proficiency in Google Suite service platforms, especially Google Spreadsheets, Adobe Acrobat and Gmail.
- Familiarity and knowledge of USAID regulations (ADS 201) and the MONITOR Information System.
- Specific experience in monitoring processes of USAID/Colombia funded activities.
