**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for the product pricing and reimbursement strategies across the organization.
- Manages the pricing database.
- Provides customer price lists, country list prices, and check with field & at time of order.
- Manages pricing Disputes & overrides.
- Thorough understanding& execution of the processes applicable within the assigned geography.
- Maintaining high quality of pricing data.
- Maintain general controls over the integrity and security of all pricing and contract information.
- Signaling sources of frequent errors for potential root cause analysis.
- Escalating process breach risks.
- Data extraction, aggregation & preparation of regular reports for both business partners and for audit purposes.
- Prioritizing according to workload and SLAs.
- Achieve defined KPIs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with local and regional pricing contacts.
- Regularly communicate with country and regional contacts for any process related information.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- 1 or more years of relevant experience with pricing processes, customer service, analytical or financial institution and/or process driven back office.
- Mid level of English or higher.
- Customer Service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with numerical competencies.
- Proactive personality.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Solution driven & Customer Focused
- Team player.
- Technical degree.

**Nice to Have**
- High english level.
- Knowledge in SAP, SAP FSCM; VENDAVO, ServiceNOW or InfoArchive.
- Experience of working in a corporate, multicultural environment is an advantage.
