**Summary**:

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- _ Lead Engagement_: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various channels, including the company's website, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Market research and Lead generation: Conduct market analysis, reach out to potential clients, and generate leads.
- _ Product Understanding_: Develop a comprehensive understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, their features, benefits, and how they cater to the specific needs of potential customers.
- _ Consultative Selling_: Engage in consultative discussions with leads to comprehend their pain points, requirements, and business objectives. Tailor your approach to demonstrate how JungleWorks' solutions can add value and address their challenges.
- _ Product Demonstrations_: Conduct engaging product demonstrations or online presentations to showcase the functionality of JungleWorks' SaaS products and their flexibility in meeting the unique requirements of each lead.
- _ Objection Handling_: Address any concerns or objections that leads may have, offering clear explanations and solutions to assist them in making informed decisions.
- _ Collaboration_: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead engagement to onboarding and implementation.
- _ Pipeline Management_: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities within JungleWorks' CRM system.
- _ Closing Deals_: Present pricing options, negotiate terms, and guide leads through the sales process to successfully close deals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-8 years of prior SaaS Sales experience
- _ Communication Skills_: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information, value propositions, and establish rapport with potential customers.
- _ Problem-Solving_: Demonstrate the ability to analyze the business challenges of leads and propose tailored solutions using JungleWorks' technology.
- _ Active Listening_: Display skill in actively listening to the needs, concerns, and feedback of leads to provide relevant and appropriate responses.
- _ Tech-Savviness_: Feel comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms for product demonstrations and discussions.
- _ Negotiation Skills_: Showcase the ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to bring about successful deal closures while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
- _ Empathy_: Approach leads with empathy and a customer-centric mindset, comprehending their pain points and focusing on delivering value.
- _ Time Management_: Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- _ Team Collaboration_: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to implementation and support.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
