Programmatic Associate

The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs, Social, and Search platforms. HP is looking for a Programmatic Associate to join our LATAM team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and buying of DSP based media across selection of HP’s diverse portfolio.
- Assist in the translation of media brief into tactical plans maintaining alignment with media strategy and non-programmatic channels
- Work closely with other team members to align media plans with business goals, learning the ins and outs of media planning.
- Oversee pacing in our key DSP partners, to make sure HPs advertising is as affective as possible while working closely with the Programmatic Manager to learn key skills
- Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes
- Contribute actionable performance highlights and recommendations for regular campaign reporting deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Approximately 1+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment
- Deep interest in Programmatic Media
- Working knowledge of DSP Partners (DV360, Amazon, Trade Desk)
- Strong Analytical knowledge, with a testing mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including conducting executive level presentations
- Excellent project management skills; strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc) and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English
