**Consultor Máster de Investigación de Mercados**

**Objetivo del Puesto**

Liderar los principales proyectos de investigación transversales a la organización ya lo largo de Latam; garantizando el cumplimiento de los indicadores y objetivos de cada uno de los proyectos asignados, así como las actividades administrativas que aseguren la ejecución del proyecto.

**Funciones principales**
- Diseñar y coordinar proyectos de investigación primaria con agencias de investigación basados en resúmenes de investigación de mercado.
- Asesorar al equipo de mercadeo e innovación en los proyectos de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa transversales a la organización; garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cada uno de los proyectos.
- Brindar insights del consumidor y mercado que apoyen la estrategia de las marcas y la toma de decisiones.
- Manejar de forma efectiva múltiples proyectos de investigación de mercados.
- Dar seguimiento administrativo permanente al desarrollo de los proyectos.
- Realizar y sustentar presentaciones sobre el status de los proyectos, manteniendo permanente contacto con los Key Stakeholders de la compañía.

**Requisitos**
- Profesional en áreas administrativas, de marketing y/o afines.
- Posgrado en mercadeo o áreas afines deseable.
- Experiência de 5 años o más desarrollando proyectos de investigación primaria.
- Experiência en consumer insights, analytics e investigación de mercados cualitativa y cuantitativa.
- Deseable experiência en industria FMCG/farmacéutica.
- Paquete ofimático y herramientas relacionadas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación efectiva y análisis estratégico.
- Fuertes competencias en orientación a resultados, planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
- Inglés conversacional y escrito nível C1
- Ciudad de residencia en Bogotá.
