As a **Revenue Growth Management Senior Head **you will be responsible for the revenue management strategy design and execution tracking for direct markets (Colombia and Ecuador) as well price promo pillars across Pacific.

Also you will be accountable for ensuring a correct financial structure for Direct Countries and for driving revenue growth strategies, from development to implementation influencing.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Develop proposals that enable YoY price-realization consistently above country food inflation. This by providing detailed recommendations to multi-functional teams and general management and taking into consideration variables.
- Lead from development to execution white spaces proposals, taking into consideration enabling a better mix for the company, while ensuring competitive price proposals for our clients.
- Understand clients trade architecture and provide recommendations to promote consumer investment and pay for performance.
- Create technical capabilities to ensure accurate and insightful analysis taking into consideration internal and external business variables.
- Act as a business partner to marketing and sales in developing commercial strategies via innovation, commercial agreements negotiation with clients, and promotional proposals.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Degree in business administration or related field.
- Demonstrated professional and academic success (e.g., graduated top of class; consistently received top evaluations at prior job)
- 4 years of experience in highly analytical, problem-solving oriented, and business driven roles (Marketing, finance, revenue management)
- 1-2 years of revenue growth management experience is a plus
