Sales Operations Analyst

**What are we looking for?**:
People with self-management skills, assertive communication, organization, proactivity and a taste for collaborative work.
If you have at least **TWO** (2) years** of knowledge and experience in management and support of the international sales team
If you have a **B2 level of English.**
And you manage: Microsoft apps (Excel, Power point), CRM and Google Data Studio, this is your opportunity

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Work with alliances to drive new technology opportunities for Commercial team
- Aligning the compliance between Sofka and Client
- Maintain and update the Forecast for all the international clients
- Create weekly dashboard with Sales, Operations and Delivery updates
- Monitor the Open positions for international clients
- Operational support to the sales leaders team
- Maintain the contracts with the Clients and Partners of Sofka International
- Work with the Sofka Legal team to close the operations processes
Billing to client month on month
- Provide Sales reporting and forecasts to the management team
- Join the calls for Interviews with the client to monitor and understand the client needs
