Job Title: Regional IT Manager Latin America (LATAM)

Report to: CFO LATAM (direct line manager)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Job Purpose

Lead and manage the Regional Support IT activities and represent Azelis IT within the Latin American countries whilst providing effective and cost-efficient IT services to the User Communities, in line with Group IT Services Portfolio, Standards and Policies. Acting as the IT Advisor for the Regional Management Teams and being the IT representative for the Country Business Organisation at the Regional IT level.

Principle Accountabilities
- Manage an effective and cost-efficient, business oriented and user-focused IT support services organization for the countries in the LATAM region, in line with Group IT Services Portfolio, Standards and Policies;
- Identify, define and propose opportunities for value creation through the use of Information & Communication Technology for his/her country;
- Contribute to the formulation of the Azelis IT Strategy at the Group level;
- (Where applicable) support the locally implemented Corporate Competency Center(s) within the country and/or share resources with one or more Corporate Competency Center(s).

Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead and coordinate country implementation of ERP projects (e.g., post-merger integrations);
- Follow up and management of local ERP partners;
- Implement and execute the Azelis IT Strategy in the country
- Manage country IT operations (e.g. endpoint procurement and provisioning, network operations) as a service-orientated organization
- Manage the execution of the yearly Country IT Budget as part of the Group IT Budget;
- Operational execution of On-Site Support Services following published Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Timely and complete initiation and follow-up of Centralized Support Services for the country in collaboration and coordination with the relevant Corporate Competency Centers (for example helpdesk);
- Organizational structuring
- Ensure coverage and support services continuity across sites within the country

Required Skills / Competencies
- Advanced level of English and Spanish, speaking and writing. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- Hands-on with good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Broad and in depth knowledge about common IT platforms and solutions, focused on business processes
- Experience participating in ERP implementation projects in a multinational context (Dynamics 365 experience is a plus)
- IT Support Services process models, workflows and tools (helpdesk, ticketing, remote user assistance)
- Able to advise on economical aspects and the design of IT solutions; the ability to facilitate the implementation of changes in the IT environment
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, setting of priorities and efficiently meeting explicit and implicit deadlines
- Able to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities;
- Detail-oriented and thorough team player with strong work ethic
- Customer service orientation, self-motivated; result-oriented
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Flexible; adaptable to fast changing circumstances
- Willing to travel internationally within the region or to other regions when required
