Job Overview:
Responsible for the overall data integrity within Azelis Americas with regards to product, supplier and customer.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Ensure the maintenance of product, supplier and customer data within the ERP systems of each company.
- Identify and develop project plans and targets to close data gaps within each ERP system.
- Perform data quality/integrity checks.
- Manage bulk data uploads.
- Train users as necessary.
- Test new data programs.
- Collaborate with other Regional Data Stewards as well as various levels of management and departments within the organization.
- Integrate master data of any new M&A.
- Participate in regional/global Master Data projects.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of excel / pivot tables
- Understanding of the inner workings of the business is mandatory
- Ability to guide stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Trustworthy and Confident.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and priority setting skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sense of ownership and drive: self-starter and problem solver who shows a bias for action, acts promptly to remove "roadblocks" and ensures accountability to get things done in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability in solving various issues.
- Excellent ability to work in teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to adapt and evolve in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

And other duties as assigned by management.

The incumbent must demonstrate independence in performing tasks and be proactive in developing and maintaining knowledge. The holder must demonstrate a good sense of analysis and judgment dealing with problematic situations and / or emergency and be able to propose solutions. It is expected that the incumbent follow established company policies and consult as needed a superior when problematic situations arise with potential impacts.
