**Purpose**:The Global Experience Systems & Design Lead - Learning and Development will play a key role in leading the design and development of systems and processes that create a positive experience for users across various touchpoints and channels. This role focuses on the holistic approach to experience design, rather than just addressing individual touchpoints or interactions.
The Global Experience Systems & Design Lead in the Learning and Development space will play a critical role in ensuring that the user journey is optimized and consistent across all touchpoints and markets. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, design skills, and strategic thinking to drive the development and implementation of systems and tools that enhance the overall customer experience.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Leads the design and implementation of systems experience and processes that support a positive experience for employees or customers.
- Supports UX/UI and Continuous improvement projects.
- Leads Global Projects and workstreams supporting Learning digital capabilities (new and existing), driving transformations, and developing strategic approaches to systems experience.
- Supports and collaborates with Digital Platform Teams and Product Owners to assess current capabilities and opportunities to optimize processes, systems, and tools while evaluating user experience.
- Partners with the Intelligent Automation team to support innovative approaches to streamline and automate processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving the overall experience.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform the design of experience systems and processes.
- Developing and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of experience systems and processes.
- Developing training and communication materials to support the adoption of new experience systems and processes.
- Continuously monitoring and improving experience systems and processes based on feedback and data.
- Support a culture of process improvement, innovation & transformation.
- Partner effectively with regional and global delivery teams to ensure operational standards are consistently deployed to drive an optimal employee/customer experience.
- Ensure all processes and operations are conducted in a compliant manner, via alignment with Compliance, Privacy, and Legal partners.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, design, or business.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as software development, data management, and analytics.
- Excellent design skills and ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stake
