As Account Manager in our Process Automation division you will be in charge to develop, implement and manage the strategic/local account(s) strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems, achieving sales targets.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Develop, validate & execute account plan for key customers, generating monthly high accurate sales Forecast & achieve sales targets.
- Develop high level relationships within key accounts & creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
- Lead by influence to mobilize other company teams (proposals, engineering, service, etc) to support his key customer needs.
- Sales discipline trough reporting opportunities information, including visits, leads, contact information, award dates, etc. in the CRM (SalesForce)
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
- Five years of experience working in similar positions.
- Previous experience in sales related to Automation offerings, including solutions, projects & services, SCADA and PLC.
- Experience working with Salesforce or with a similar CRM.
- Advanced English level.
- Leadership, proactive, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Availability to travel (40%).
