Hoy estamos buscando un(a) Technical Lead IA para unirse a nuestro equipo Serás el/la responsable de implementar soluciones de inteligencia artificial en nuestras aplicaciones móviles y liderar nuestros proyectos más innovadores.

**¿Que tareas esperamos de ti?**
- Desarrollar arquitecturas de sistemas móviles escalables y robustos que integren IA de manera transparente.
- Acompañar al equipo mobile, guiándolos en la iimplementación de soluciones innovadoras en PNL y LLM.
- Implementar modelos de aprendizaje automático y algoritmos de IA en aplicaciones móviles, integrándolos de manera efectiva y eficiente en el flujo de trabajo de la aplicación.
- Asegurar la adopción de mejores prácticas y estándares de calidad en código y arquitectura de sistemas de nuestras aplicaciones móviles.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto y de investigación para definir la visión técnica y estratégica de los proyectos de IA en aplicaciones móviles.
- Investigar y proponer nuevas tecnologías y enfoques para mejorar la experiência del usuario y la funcionalidad de las aplicaciones móviles a través de IA.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del sector para impulsar la innovación dentro del equipo.

**¿Que buscamos en ti?**
- Experiência previa como líder técnico en proyectos de IA y desarrollo móvil
- Dominio de Flutter y otras tecnologías móviles, así como de tecnologías de IA como TensorFlow o PyTorch.
- Experiência comprobada en liderazgo técnico, preferentemente en entornos relacionados con IA, Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (PNL) y Aprendizaje Automático Profundo (LLM).
- Experiência con GenAI para el desarrollo y la implementación de soluciones de IA en aplicaciones móviles.
- Pasión por la IA y el desarrollo móvil, demostrada a través de proyectos anteriores o contribuciones a la comunidad.
- Habilidades de liderazgo demostradas y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo y multidisciplinario.
