**The Role**
- Coordinate GL, FA, AGIS, CM, AR and AP transactions: execute controls, post transactions.
- Approve BS accounts - Blackline reconciliation tool.
- Coordinate month end closing, ensure completeness on time.
- Partner up and support financial information to business.
- Ensure the financial statements and other financial reports, as well as compliance and tax reports under local regulation.
- Lead Local Team and effectively liaising with Global Processes.

**The Requirements**
- Strong Financial Control (Balance sheet, Cash and Working Capital, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles).
- Exemplary Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)
- Communication.
- Analytical Thinking/ Problem Solving.
- Decision Making.
- Process Improvement & Transformation.
- Accountant (Professional Card available).
- Financial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred - 15+ experience.
- Experience in a global operating environment from professional services audit background.
- Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge in Oracle and Blackline.
- English communication (speaking and writing): B2 Level.
