**The Opportunity**
- Develop Latin America and Canada technical and business transformation Roadmap in alignment with different teams supporting region complexity: 34 countries, 60 legal entities, +20 M end users, +20 ERPs instances. Drive programs/project planning, strategy definition and alignment to be able to deliver business value and meet business needs. LAC Regional PBR role is key to orchestrate the transformation agenda to define and deliver operating models changes across the countries, functions, and multi business division. The main goal is to guarantee business continuity, sustainability and to maximize business value through effiency, operating margin, among others._
- Regional PBR main responsibilities:_
- _Develop influence and gain alignment among senior level to define technical transformation deployment strategies. Facilitate/lead project and transversal meetings and/or workshops as required, typically involving cross-functional teams at the global and/or regional level. Establish rules for decision making and issue resolution protocols that enable/empower teams efficiently and effectively._
- _Develop, define & drive programs planning at the right level. Develop robust project capabilities to empower the team to identify sequence of activities, durations, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, resources, etc. Ensure project methodology, operational policies and processes are consistently applied and adhered to (ex. legal, regulatory, quality, internal control, etc.)_
- _Ensure value realization and transformation is delivered to the business. Develop digital business capabilities, new ways of working and new operating models across countries and with multi-division scope_

**Formación y Experiência**
- _Education: Bachelor's degree_
- _Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: +8 years of experience leading Technical Transformation programs at local, region or global Level._
- _Other qualifications/certifications:_
- _Programs, Project and/or Change Management certification (e.g. MSP, PMP, Prosci) is a plus_
- _ Agile certification (ex. Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) is a plus_
- _ Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies - Certifications in these areas a plus_
- _ Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in system engineering, business, or project management related field_
- _ Languages: English (B2+)_
