**Typical Responsibilities**

**(Included but Not Limited To)
- Overall accountability for project scope, deliverables, cost, profitability, schedule, quality and resources. Develops project plans and budgets to guide the execution and control of the project.
- Exercises overall change control across the project. Identifies project risks and develops risk responses that maximize opportunities and minimize threats.
- Collects and disseminates performance information, including Project Review data, status reporting, progress measurement, and forecasting.
- Evaluates overall project performance to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Identifies, documents, and assigns project roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.
- Coordinates and directs technical and organizational interfaces to execute the project plan.
- Sets project objectives for individuals and monitors the achievement of those objectives.
- Defines and estimates project activities, and sequences them appropriately.
- Maintains control over the schedule to deliver the project as promised.
- Identifies resources required, and estimates project costs accordingly.
- Maintains control over project costs, updates baselines and forecasts.
- Identifies relevant quality standards and applies them to the project.
- 60 to 80% of traveling.

**Education**
- 4-year bachelor’s or Engineering degree.
- Preferred Electronic, Electric. Mechanical & computer Science

**English Level required**
- Proficient / Advanced

**Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Project Management Software

**Recommended Minimum Experience**
- 6-9 years

**Definition**

Directs - Arranges or provides the direction for the development, review, and revision of the plans, processes, standards, best practices, guidelines, etc. to facilitate a foundation of common understanding and direction. Provides support, guidance, and broad-based experience when significant issues and/or opportunities arise. Typically assigns projects and major roles to others.
