**What You'll Bring**:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager/Director who will play a key role in maximizing the value delivered by our team. As a leader, you will ensure the Team Goals align with Stakeholders, Customers, and Developers. Your responsibilities include collecting information to translate into actionable strategies, defining product features and goals, creating user stories, and providing clear guidelines for the team.
**Requirements**:
**You'll Need**:
- **6+ years** of experience in a similar role or related experience.
- Experience defining holistic product vision by consolidating C-Level and other POs' input.
- Experience prioritizing product goals, overseeing Agile product development, and creating backlog items.
- Experience acting as a primary liaison, delivering clear information to developers.
- Experience translating customer needs into user stories and ensuring developers align with those needs.
- Ability to incorporate feedback from stakeholders, including Customers, CX, Business Leads, and the Development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Experience managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and understanding market and customer needs.
- Experience creating User Stories by breaking down product management’s epics and acceptance criteria.
- Experience generating product documentation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating individuals toward common goals.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Experience using Project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Jira.
**Nice to Have**:
- Startup and SaaS Experience.
- UX Experience.
- Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PMI).
- Knowledge of diverse Tech Stack (Cloud, Python, React, APIs).
