Are you experienced in creating eye-catching and engaging short videos that pack a punch? Join our team at Narrative Ads as a Junior Social Media Creator and help us craft attention-grabbing videos Please note, this position involves creating videos directly, utilizing your own setup, rather than video editing.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Visual Enchantment**: Use your creative flair to produce captivating short videos with your smartphone that leave a lasting impression within seconds, enticing viewers to engage further.
- **Dynamic Production**: Create high-quality videos daily
- **Strategic Agility**: Ability to adapt and deliver to diverse creative requests, projects, and deadlines while still maintaining excellence
**Balanced Workdays**:
- Enjoy a steady schedule from 12 PM to 9 PM COT, Monday through Friday, following the rhythm of the US calendar, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing your talents to our team.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven, demonstrable experience in creating immediately impactful social videos
- Familiarity with video trends and an understanding of social media platforms to tailor content for maximum engagement.
- Video Production ready set-up, with an ability to source additional materials as needed
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver on tight schedules.
- Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and understand project requirements.
- A self-driven attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to evolving priorities.
