We are looking for a remote Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns. This role involves working alongside a skilled team, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. You will design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce, and integrate data for sales leads and account-based marketing. One of the key requirements for this role is to have experience with APIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce
- Integrate data for sales leads and account-based marketing
- Create and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to marketing automation processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage and support the team
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud objects
- Proficiency with Salesforce admin tools (e.g. Flows, Lighting Pages, etc.)
- Knowledge/awareness of marketing processes (not necessarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong knowledge/skills in APEX, Flows, Integrations
- Good communication skills
- B2+ English level proficiency

- Experience in customer engagement and business growth initiatives
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with Adobe Engage
- Outreach, ZoomInfo & D&B experience
- Familiar with Copado (for DevOps process)
