**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the development of technically outstanding resiliency solutions for Kyndryl that add objective and measurable value to customers. Leads the creation of their domain solution and associated cost cases for simple or complex, multi-year opportunities which meet the customer’s requirements and assists in solving their business issues. Articulates the business and technical value of solutions and products to their TSM/SM technical decision makers and customers.
- Designs business-driven IT solutions to meet resiliency needs of our customers. Work includes the collection and validation of requirements, the identification of risks, threats, vulnerabilities, potential anomalous flows and interactions, the definition of the processes for assurance, management and compliance, the definition of subsystems, and the design of integration and deployment architectures the relevant components of the systems.
- Interacts externally with customers to gain access to requirements and problem definitions, with suppliers to identify best suited solutions for different use cases and internally with stakeholders to articulate a customer aligned technical offer.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Can develop conceptual design solutions that link business and IT objectives with estimated costs, implementation effort, and maintenance steps to allow the customer to choose the best comprehensive enterprise resilience strategy.
- Can defining resiliency requirements for the client's technical environment to meet the business needs.
- Can determine continuity resiliency strategies, estimate costs, benefits, implementation requirements, and possible pitfalls.
- Can building a set of cost justified recommendations for presentation to the client that will enable the client to continue critical business functions in the specified time frames.
- Is proficient in recommending a cost-effective option that balances risk mitigation and cost as it integrates continuity, availability, security, and recovery competencies into one resilience strategy.
- Can convert conceptual design into exceptional offer documentation that transmits Kyndryl high value promise.
- Can articulate the effort of multiple vendors extracting the best of their capabilities into a single efficient integrated solution.
- Is knowledgeable of the components of a cost case and can articulate their interaction to come up with a combined unified scenario.
